Please note: Shredding machine components are delicate, and intended ONLY for the destruction of paper. Therefore, you are responsible for the removal of metal clips, wood, and other miscellaneous items prior to shredding. You will be held liable for any damage caused to vehicle shredding components due to foreign objects found in your waste (e.g., metal, wood, glass, etc.). By submitting this request, you agree to fully compensate ShredSmart for any damages to ShredSmart equipment (except for any equipment loss or damage directly caused by ShredSmart, which shall be ShredSmart's responsibility).
By utilizing shred-ready bag services, you hereby authorize Shred Smart, Inc. and its employees to act on your behalf as an agent for the sole and exclusive purpose of placing your signature in the signature block on the certificate of destruction. This form is generated by Shred Smart, Inc. and will be provided to you via e-mail after the pick-up of the shred-ready bag.
