Have your staff watch the document security training video in the ShredSmart client portal. Staff will learn the importance of document confidentiality and how to comply with regulations.

3 Step 3

Download and complete the administrative employee training log in the ShredSmart client portal. As with all of your employee training files, keep this as a record of training completion for each employee.

4 Step 4

Complete the online compliance self-audit–ShredSmart specialists are available to assist with any questions during this process. Put a copy of this form with your master compliance/training file.
