Off-Site Hard Drive Shredding Service
ShredSmart also provides off-site hard drive destruction services for clients located outside the service range of our mobile shredding equipment. Our secure off-site hard drive shredding services are designed to ensure sensitive data is handled safely, compliantly, and responsibly from pickup through final destruction.
As part of our secure off-site hard drive destruction process, hard drives are locked in secure containers before leaving your facility and transported under strict chain-of-custody procedures to our secure processing center. Once received, the containers are opened only for immediate processing through our certified off-site hard drive shredding and off-site electronic data destruction procedures.
With both on-site and off-site hard drive shredding services, all scrap material is 100% recycled after destruction. An Electronic Certificate of Destruction and Recycling will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of your order.
